在核桃星尺蛾(Ophthalmodes albosignaria)发生与危害较严重的陇南市康县进行了不同浓度0.5%苦参碱生物杀虫剂防治幼虫效果和2 000倍液0.5%苦参碱杀虫剂杀虫持效期试验,结果为1 000、2 000、3 000、4 000倍液浓度防治后降幼虫死亡率为59.68%~91.20%,校正死亡率58.92%~91.02%,与对照(喷清水)相比各浓度都有显著灭杀效果,且随浓度下降幼虫死亡率降低; 施药后随着时间的延长,2 000倍液0.5%苦参碱防治效果逐渐降低,至17 d时防治效果下降到50%以下,建议在当地应用0.5%苦参碱生物杀虫剂防治核桃星尺蛾,浓度选择2 000倍液。
Abstract:
Ophthalmodes albosignaria(Bremer et Grey)is one of the main pests attacking Longnan walnut. The experinment to determine the efficacy and duration of different concentrations of 0.5% matrine biological insecticide against larvae was conducted. The result showed that 0.5% matrine biological insecticide 1000, 2000, 3000 and 4000 times liquid had significant insecticidal effect ranging from 59.68% to 91.20% and calibrated effect ranging from 58.92% to 91.02%. With the extension of time, 0.5% matrine biological insecticide 1000 and 2000 times liquid had declining insecticidal effect and the control effect of 2000 times liquid 0.5% matrine decreased to below 50% at 17 days. 0.5% matrine biological insecticide at 2000 times is safe against natural enemies.
