在陕西省大荔县以2 a生冬枣幼苗为研究对象,栽植前用0.1%、0.05%、0.01% ABT生根粉溶液和0.1%酒精溶液蘸根处理,研究了ABT生根粉对冬枣(Ziziphus jujuba cv. dongzao)发芽、主芽生长、生根和栽植成活率的影响。结果表明:0.1%ABT溶液对促进早发芽效果最好、0.05%浓度处理对快速生长期主芽生长最有利、0.01%浓度对根生长效果最好,建议冬枣幼苗栽植时用0.05%ABT生根粉溶液处理根系。
Abstract:
In order to explore the effects of ABT rooting powder on the germination, main bud growth,rooting and half-year survival rate of Ziziphus jujuba cv. Dongzao,a new winter jujube planted in Fanjiacun,Dali County,Shaanxi Province,was treated with different concentrations of ABT rooting powder solution before planting,and the effect of ABT rooting powder on the growth and development of Ziziphus jujuba were observed.The results showed that 0.1% ABT solution had the strongest promoting effect on bud germination,0.05% ABT solution treatment had the longest growth length of main bud for 60 days,and 0.01% ABT solution treatment was the most conducive to adventitious root growth.There were significant differences in the three indicators between the experimental groups and the control group(p<0.05).The results showed that ABT rooting powder had obvious promoting effect on root development of Ziziphus jujuba cv. dongzao,and it could be popularized tentatively.
