试验研究了施用不同比例有机肥对新疆杨枝条生长和保护酶活性的影响规律,以期为其育苗中科学合理的施用有机肥提供理论依据。试验在田间条件下,设置空白对照(T1)、常规施肥(T2)、25%有机肥(T3)、50%有机肥(T4)4个处理,3次重复。结果表明:T4枝条长度分别比T1、T2、T3提高了67.57%、32.19%和19.25%; 7-9月POD活性T4分别比T3提高了5.72、9.06、11.92 U·g-1,T3分别比T2提高了4.03、7.90、10.61 U·g-1; 6-9月SOD活性T4分别比T3提高了5.12、5.30、9.21、10.92 U·g-1,T3与T2之间无显著差异; 7-9月PPO活性T4分别比T3提高了17.30%、25.76%和37.87%,T3分别比T2提高了8.82%、20.81%和29.07%,T2显著高于对照。综合分析认为,新疆杨育苗中施用50%比例的有机肥有利于促进枝条生长和提高保护酶活性。
Abstract:
The effect of different proportions of organic fertilizer on branch growth and protective enzyme activity of Populus alba var.pyramidalis was studied.The test was conducted under field conditions and then four treatments including CK(T1), conventional fertilization(T2), 25% organic fertilizer(T3), 50% organic fertilizer(T4)were applied.The results showed that the branches length by T4 was higher than those by T1, T2 and T3 by 67.57%, 32.19% and 19.25%, respectively.From July to September, the POD activity of T4 was higher than T3 by 5.72 U/g, 9.06 U/g and 11.92 U/g, respectively; T3 was higher than T2 by 4.03 U/g, 7.90 U/g and 10.61 U/g, respectively.From June to September, the SOD activity of T4 was higher than T3 by 5.12 U/g, 5.30 U/g, 9.21 U/g and 10.92 U/g, respectively.There was no significant difference between T3 and T2; from July to September, the PPO activity of T4 was higher than T3 by17.30%, 25.76% and 37.87%, respctively, T3 was higher than T2 by 8.82%, 20.81% and 29.07%, T2 was significantly higher than the control.According to the comprehensive analysis, the application of 50% organic fertilizer in P.alba var.pyramidalis seedlings is beneficial to promoting branch growth and improving protective enzyme activity.
