在千阳县进行了播种育苗及嫁接培育良种苗木试验,结果为清明前后播种培育的苗木平均高度、地径分别显著高于谷雨前后播种所育苗木; 20.0万、16.7万、13.2万颗·hm-2等三个不同播种密度,播量越大繁育的苗木数量越大,但可用以嫁接的苗木量差异不显著,且嫁接成活的苗木数量和嫁接成活率越低,嫁接苗木高度和地径越小; 从经济角度考虑播种密度约13.2万颗·hm-2相对最为合适; 嫁接前15、12、9、6 d掐尖的嫁接苗平均地径高于不掐尖者,高度正好相反。核桃播种育苗适宜播期为清明前后,适宜播量为13.2万颗·hm-2,应在嫁接前9~12 d掐尖。
Abstract:
Seedlings were produced from sowing and grafting respectively. The result showed that seedling height and stem ground diameter produced by sowing seeds around early April are bigger over those seedlings by sowing around April 20. Three sowing densities were adopted: 200,000 /hm2, 167,000/hm2 and 132,000/hm2 and the result showed that the bigger the density was, the more seedlings produced but there was no significant difference of quality among three densities. The survival rates of grafting, however, had controversial correlations with the planting densities. From economic perspective, the density 132,000/hm2 was most suitable. Of the seedlings, tip removing was applied 15 d, 12 d, 9 d and 6 d before grafting respectively. Their stem ground diameters of grafted seedlings were significantly bigger than those seedlings without tip removing and the height of grafted seedlings showed the results in vice versa.
