在榆林市樟子松2年生和4年生营养钵苗圃,选用3种除草剂、2种混剂及其不同剂量,进行了除草效果试验,结果为在除草高峰期施药后30 d左右,试验处理的除草率为51.3%~96.9%,2种混剂各自的平均除草率都高于单个药剂,单个药剂的平均除草率23.5%割地草最高; 除草剂及其混剂达到一定浓度后会对培育的苗木产生伤害,与单独用药相比,混合用药发生药害的剂量较小,适宜最大剂量为23.5%割地草1 350 ml·hm-2、12.5%拿捕净1 500 ml·hm-2、10.8%盖草能900 ml·hm-2; 2 a生苗圃混合用药的致害剂量低于4 a生苗圃,23.5%割地草+12.5%拿捕净、23.5%割地草+10.8%盖草能各药剂最大适宜剂量2 a生苗圃分别为450 ml·hm-2,4 a生苗圃分别为750 ml·hm-2; 综合考虑,2 a生樟子松苗圃地应优先选用的药剂及其适宜剂量为23.5%割地草, 2 a生苗圃地750~1 350 ml·hm-2,4 a生苗圃地1 800 ml·hm-2; 混合药剂23.5%割地草+12.5%拿捕净,23.5%割地草+10.8%盖草能,适宜剂量为2 a生苗圃地各药剂300 ml·hm-2,4 a生苗圃地各药剂750 ml·hm-2
Abstract:
Container seedlings of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica Litv.with two years and four years old in nursery respectively were selected for experiment with three herbicides and two mixtures in different concentrations.The result showed that 30 d after use in weeding period, the weeding effect reaches 51.3%~96.9% and effect of mixtures with two kinds are lower than any of the single herbicide.The single herbicide has the weeding effect about 23.5% on average.The herbicides and their mixture in a certain higher concentration would cause harm to seedlings.Compared with single herbicide, the concentration causing harm is lower for mixture and higher for single herbicide.Appropriate maximum concentrations are 1 350 ml·hm-2 of oxyfluorfen at 23.5%, 1 500 ml·hm-2 of sethoxydim at 12.5%, 900 ml·hm-2 of haloxyfop-p-methyl at 10.8%.Concentration of mixture causing harm is lower for two years old seedlings than that for four years old seedling.Mixture of oxyfluorfen at 23.5% and sethoxydim at 12.5% and mixture of oxyfluorfen at 23.5% and haloxyfop-p-methyl at 10.8% are 450 ml·hm-2 for two years seedlings and 750 ml·hm-2 for four years seedlings.From comprehensive point view, the prioritized herbicide is oxyfluorfen at 23.5% in 750~1350 ml·hm-2 for two year seedlings and 1800 ml·hm-2 for four years seedlings.Mixture is oxyfluorfen at 23.5% with sethoxydim at 12.5%, and oxyfluorfen at 23.5% with haloxyfop-p-methyl at 10.8%, 300 ml·hm-2 for two years seedlings and 750 ml·hm-2 for four years seedlings.
