在洛南县柏峪寺镇选取不同药剂及其不同浓度组合,进行了地面施药、地面施药与树冠施药相结合防治核桃举肢蛾试验研究,结果为70%吡虫啉拌土、10%吡虫啉地面喷雾、45%毒死蜱地面喷雾等3种地面施药方法核桃平均黑果率为35.7%~41.9%,显著低于对照的64.4%(p<0.05); 地面分别喷施10%吡虫啉1 000倍液、45%毒死蜱1 000倍液且分别与树冠分别喷施5%氯氟氰菊酯、1.8%阿维菌素、20%灭扫利乳油及其不同浓度的药剂组合,核桃黑果率分别为5.2%~30.8%、显著低于对照的63.5%(p<0.05)和18.7%~29.4%、显著低于对照的64.1%(p<0.05); 本研究的3类防治核桃举肢蛾方法效果都显著,生产中应优先采取10%吡虫啉地面喷雾或地面喷施10%吡虫啉1 000倍液+树冠喷施5%氯氟氰菊酯1 500倍液或地面喷施45%毒死蜱1 000倍液+树冠喷施1.8%阿维菌素1 500倍液。
Abstract:
Different pesticides with different concentrations were selected and applied on ground and sprayed in walnut trees to find out the effect of different treatment. The result showed that 70% imidacloprid mixed with soil, 10% imidacloprid spray on ground, and 45% chlorpyrifos spray on ground have an effect on average from 35.7%~41.9%, lower than the effect of CK 64.4%(p<0.05). Use of 10% imidacloprid at 1000 times dilution, 45% chlorpyrifos at 1000 times dilution matched with the spray of 5% cyhalothrin, 1.8% Abamectin and 20% Destroy oil at different concentrations can have the control effect, respectively, 5.2%~30.8% and 18.7%~29.4%, significantly lower than CK 63.5%(p<0.05)and CK 64.1%(p<0.05). The three methods for control Atrijuglans hetaohei Yang proved effective. In practice, 10% imidacloprid together with ground spray, or ground spray of 10% imidacloprid at 1000 times dilution plus spray of 5% cyhalothrin at 1000 times dilution to tree crown, or spray of 45% chlorpyrifos at 1000 times dilution plus spray of 1.8% Abamectin at 1500 times dilution to tree crown.
